I would have given my buying experience a better rating, until my husband and I went to get our license plates only to discover that we had to pay over 3K to get them!! We are new to the state and figured buying a car here was no different from buying a car anywhere else . However we were blindsided due to the nondisclosure of the fact that taxes are not included in the financing of a loan. Due to this omission, we have a brand new 2017 car that can’t be driven and will be fined every 30 days it goes unlicensed. Had we been told this information we could’ve made a more informed decision on making the purchase, and certainly been prepared to pay the sales tax out of pocket. Receiving an “I’m sorry” or “Yes we need to make sure we tell customers this in the future “ is of NO consolation, because again, I have a brand new car that I can’t drive at the moment until I can gather up this money to pay the sales taxes and the additional fines levied against us! Shame on you St Charles Nissan! You need to make this right!
I had the best possible experience you could have while buying a new vehicle! Everyone was absolutely amazing, which says a lot as I was there at the end of the day on black Friday! My salesman Courtney W. was one of the best. He not only still had a smile on his face, but he was patient and understanding! I felt zero pressure, which was great because I can't stand being pressured. I walked in wondering if I would even be able to do anything at all. I was pleasantly suprised when I was given more than I expected for my trade, and along with the incentives offered I was able to have a brand new vehicle I love, and a payment that will end up being less than what I was paying for a vehicle I didn't even like!
Worst service I've ever experienced. I brought my car in to get an oil change and had to bring it back a week later to get my tires aired up. After that visit I noticed they left a tool in my car so I called to tell them I'd return it. When I returned it my tires needed air again. I got home and realized my hub cap is completely scratched. Spoke to a manager that told me he'd call me the next day after reviewing the cameras. Haven't heard from anyone. I've left 2 messages for someone to call me back and they haven't. Do not get your car serviced here!
