Only have been in twice. Once for an oil change, the courtesy car was decent. Called them for a noise I was concerned about and they got me in first thing next day. They shuttled me back home and then when they determined my car needed to stay overnight got me into a rental no questions. They were super helpful and quick to call and give updates. We didn't seem to find much of a resolution in the issue, but cat was really awesome at least. Sales department is okay. I chose not to purchase my trade with them, I got more help elsewhere.
I own a Chrysler 200 and for the first time I had to take it in for a repair. I dealt with Justin in the service department. He was extremely helpful with every question I had. Justin kept me up to date every step of the way. My vehicle had to stay over night but by 11 am the next morning it was fixed. The dealership sent a shuttle to get me from my home and bring me to my car. Even the shuttle driver kept me up to date with where he was and how much longer it would be to pick me up. The communication I received from Justin and the guy who drove the shuttle ( Kevin , maybe??) was top notch and to make things even better the issue with my vehicle turned out to be pretty simple and didn't run me hundreds of dollars. Thanks a bunch to the staff being so awesome and getting my non running car up and going again!
Do not go to this dealer. They are the worst. Their service department overcharged me by about 4 times the going rate to fix a steering noise on my jeep. I told them it was my ball joint making the noise, but they said I was wrong and charged me $600.00 to replace the control arms. After getting it back I was driving and my lower ball joint broke causing me to almost wreck my car. I brought it back to them and they then refused to acknowledge any fault on there part. The damage done by them not checking my ball joints properly cost me another $1200.00 and a hefty tow bill. The service manager then brought me into his office and lied to my face. THey are the worst. Do not trust them for anything.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Let me give you a little back round. I’m a mechanic by trade with over twenty years of experience, and now I’m a manager in related fields. My wife and I have always purchased used vehicles around three or more years of age. I finally decide to buy my wife her first new car ever, and this is what we get! I do some research to find that the model of jeep we want, with the extras we wanted, is at Napleton’s Mid Rivers. We drive forty-five minutes plus to get there, and we start the shopping process. We found that they actually had two models that fit our search parameters, one a silver V6, and one a black V8. After some negotiations we decided to purchase the silver V6! After four days of driving her new car my wife gets a phone call from the dealership asking her to verify her vehicle identification number or VIN. At this point we find out that the dealer sent us home with the right car, but sold us the wrong car. Before making the drive out to the dealership we wanted to make sure the paperwork would be correct, so my wife reviewed the paperwork with the general manager at which time he told her twice that there was no price difference between the V6 and the V8 vehicles. We drive the forty-five minutes back out to the dealership to get the paperwork straightened out only to wait an hour before someone would speak with us. Next we had to explain to them how we should not pay the extra price difference between the V6 and the V8 models, and finally had to wait another hour after we thought everything was settled for some kid to “fill up the gas tank for our inconvenience” while he was also getting lunch for his coworkers, in a new car that we had not even had food in! Now one would hope this would be the end of this story, but wait… there’s more! Several weeks pass and we have yet to hear anything from the finance company. Now my wife and I know that the first payment on our new vehicle must be due soon, but we still have not heard anything. I tried several times over three days to get someone in the finance department to call me back. My wife finally gets a hold of someone that tells her the “paperwork is in the mail”. Another week goes by, and still no paperwork. My wife researches and gets a hold of the Regional Manager only to find that the paperwork still has not been resolved, forcing the dealership to make the first payment on the vehicle because they still own it! Fast forward four more weeks, and my wife gets a harassing phone call from the dealership about a returned check that #1 THEY DIDN’T ASK FOR, AND #2 I NEVER SENT BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT A BILL! Very long story short… do yourself a favor and DON’T buy anything from these people!
be very careful when dealing with these fellas. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. if ya don't, they'll take advantage of ya. They tried to sell me a vehicle for thousands more then they had it listed for online. to the sales managers credit, it seems when he found out he tried to make it right. but as the saying goes,, " once bitten twice shy". I went to Lou Fusz. Deal was done in 40 minutes.
