Terrible customer service. I asked about getting a key cut and programed for my car. They were short with me on the phone, transfered me back and forth between service and parts, each saying my question was for the other department. This happened 3 or 4 times. Then when I physically went there I was told I needed an appointment to get the key cut and that that if my key didn't work, I would still have to pay full price for the service. They just want you to buy the key from them and spend way too much for it. I decided to buy a key on Amazon and took it to a local small business to have it cut and programmed. Got it done without an appointment and with no hassle like Toyota gave me. It was cheaper than Toyota's price too. Support the small business and get better prices and customer service than this place.

Just purchased a 2018 Camry LE and love it. They did not have exactly what I was looking for but my salesperson, Tony Overkamp, was able to order the car for me with the options I wanted. This is my second Camry from Pappas and I have always had great service.
Factory recall/repair was handled quickly and professionally. Pappas provided a loaner vehicle at no charge to me, and there whole experience was quick and painless. Friendly courteous staff.

Came to Pappas for a test drive and stood around on the lot for a good portion of 15-20 minutes looking for a sales person to help me. I noticed numerous employees walking around the lot, but non asked if I needed any assistance. I ended up going to the front desk and asking if I could test drive a new Tacoma. She asked if I have been helped yet, which I replied no. A older gentlemen came to assist me. I showed him truck I wanted to test drive and he went and retrieved the keys. During this he showed almost no interest in talking to me about the truck or asking if I had any questions. After test driving it I decided I would see what kind of offer they would do. I sat down in the office and informed him I was interested in buying the truck. I asked what is the best offer they could do, which he replied $500 below the sticker price. I asked again if that was the best they could do, which he said they don't have to discount them because they sell themselves. I ended up leaving feeling like he rather so anything else than try to sell a truck. The entire experience I felt like a burden for trying to buy a truck. I will never shop there again.
