Typically I buy online and just go in to tidy up the paperwork. However, Jason was awesome I told him what I was looking for and he had them lined up for me to jump in an try. We talked about everything and in the end, I got the car he recommended. It is only day 2 but so far everyone loves my Mazda 6- he worked with me on the price and collectively we were able to agree that I needed that car and he needed a break from my 6+ hour sale. I had a great time. When I returned to pick up my older car he came out and introduced himself to my family. That means a lot. When you go in ask for Jason - !!!! He is very nice and not too heavy on the pressure. As I stated before it took me 6 hours to decide.

We bought a Golf in 2011 from these guys and had a great experience with the service department during our warranty terms and when buying the new car initially, so when our 2002 Jetta was ready to go out to pasture, we headed straight here. They had a great deal on a 2017 Golf, so when we arrived Steve was the first to greet us. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us on something else. He was personable, attentive, and easy to work with when we went over terms. And they let us keep the car overnight to make sure it was really what we wanted. Even when we did the financing, J.D. was wonderful to work with. This was our fourth VW. Whenever we're ready for #5, we'll drive straight over here. There's no reason to check elsewhere.
Adam, Adam, Adam! This guy was one of the most pleasant finance individuals I ever dealt with. He met me head on with my outrageous demands ( I want the car for free) and answered my questions. I have owned over 12 cars and he is the only one to sell me GAP coverage...ever... He was patient with my indecisiveness. We connected on a level of trust that in the end I feel like I got a good deal and I am happy. Adam was able to get a bank to finance my loan that would not have even looked at my application. Also, the financing part was swift- I am happy with the APR and even happier I have GAP coverage and do not need to worry about a volcano erupting near my car. :)

Dealing with Steve Pfleeger was a great experience. I visited many dealerships in the search for my dream car and at each one I felt like I was being stalked by the salesman, not with Steve! It was a fast painless experience. Once I had decided on my car I told Steve I absolutely had to leave in 1 hour to get to work on time otherwise I would come back another time, he said he could make it happen, and he did!
