I cannot speak for the sales department as I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership and I am a pretty staunch GMC heavy duty truck guy.
Great Selection of Chevy Trucks! Friendly Staff. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted. We were test driving car in matter of minutes thanks to salesman Austin C. Easy no pressure environment. Did not try to sell me other vehicles I was not interested in. Finance was was quick and easy. The most difficult part of experience was waiting on the truck to be cleaned after purchase, but it was well worth it as they went beyond expectations in detailing every inch of truck. Great job Lou Fusz Chevy! 5 Stars will return and recommend.
I can say however the service department is one of the best. They don't fuss around, don't do unneeded work and their pricing is straight forward. You don't have to like the prices but at least they tell you upfront what it'll be for most things.
UPDATE ! Want to have an easy attentive buying experience ? Don't consider Lou Fusz chevy in St.Peters, my experience with the sales response was anything but prompt. Negotiations with the sales staff actually came to a argument!, with them arguing that their asking price was low enough. I was interested in a SUV, test drove it and identified some issues. The sales staff actually told me I was expecting too much out of a 49k vehicle! They upped the price $300 to replace missing trim pieces, missing components of the factory DVD system and a missing trim price over the trailer hitch. The vehicle kicked a check engine during test drive and had a very noticeable shake above 70mph, this makes me question the inspection process. I would consider overlooking the cosmetic things if it was in the 20k range, not for a vehicle that is 49k! Overall the sales staff was pushy, not willing to negotiate what so ever (literally lost a sale over $900) and less than prompt in response to questions. This may have been the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Stay away from Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St.Peters, Customer satisfaction is their last priority.UPDATE- I received a call from the New car Sales manager, he wanted what they could do to improve customer experiences. I gave my opinion, his response was "unfortunately it is what it is"! Looks as if Lou Fusz Chevrolet new and used cars share the negligence for customer satisfaction. SERIOUSLY, stay as far away from this dealership as possible.
Dave did a great job in assisting me with everything I needed. He made sure the suv I bought stayed in my price range no matter what. He talked me through the whole process and always made sure I was comfortable with everything. I really appreciated all the care he took into helping me complete my first car purchase! He definitely went above and beyond!
Shopped here on Thursday and met a very personable salesperson by the name of Andy Trautwein, who was so attentive to my needs. He was not pushy but wanted to make me happy and happy he made me. I had never done business at Lou Fusz but as the saying goes....first impression is last impression....well I certainly had a great impression. Also would like to say the Finance guy....Eric French is one heck of a guy as well. I think all dealerships should go beyond customers expectations instead of hurrying to sell a vehicle which is a big turn off for me. When you purchase from them, they have quite a few perks that are very attractive. Thanks again!!!
Most important follow their advice and stick to a regular maintenance schedule. It will save you countless hours of waiting in a showroom as well as save you hundreds of not thousands of dollars.
