This was my first time buying a car, and I was super nervous. Ben Macormic was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding. He was upfront when my parents and I gave him our budget and helped me to buy a car with GREAT PRICE. Also, Craig in finance was really nice as well and explained very thoroughly. Kelly (who is one of the nicest, most authentic people you will ever meet) helped me though the entire process, reassured me that she wanted to do her best to make it a positive experience, worked out a fair deal, continued to follow up with me promptly and consistently, came down to meet me when I arrived and made sure that everyone who helped me thereafter was meeting her expectations for customer service, even checked on me herself, the very next day. Kelly Sullivan is without a doubt, an excellent example of customer service; the kind of service which makes a consumer want to come back again and again. In fact, Will and everyone else I worked with at St. Charles' Hyundai were also incredibly attentive, patient and personable throughout the entire process.
