And I was told on three separate conversations that work would begin Monday Sept 11. No one showed up at my house today and no one contacted me to let me know that work would be further delayed. The only good thing that's happened is that the siding was delivered to my home on Friday Sept 8 as promised. Hopefully it won't be sitting in there long since it makes my garage useless.
Signed contract on May 9 2017 for exterior siding on my home. Provided 1/3 deposit at time of signing. Company info supplied by sales rep at time of signing stated, "exterior project starts range from 2-8 weeks from your contract date." 17 weeks later; no siding and no firm start date! I made a bad mistake in hiring this company. Hopefully, this information will help others not to make the same mistake.
From start to finish these guys were amazing! The office staff was fantastic. The workers were meticulous. We did windows and siding and their products are as quality as they promised. Communication is key in my book and it was on point along with everything else. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and very considerate. Highly recommend - already thinking about my next project!

I could go on and on but am trying to be as subjective as I can be so I'll wait for the finished product....whenever that may be.
Had 10 huge windows replaced at my house.... I had 3 bids from people I talked to at home show... they had the best price for a better window! They also got done in one day when everyone else said it would take 2. Very pleased with the sales guy, person that came out to measure and the installers! The windows look awesome and they even trimmed out an area for my shutters! Great job Integrity!! Calling you again for a sliding door! Neighbors have stopped by to compliment my house! Thank you!!!
Signed a contract for a basement remodel on Feb 2017; scheduled to start in May 2017. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to do.
So far we've had more no-call/no-shows than I count.
Our construction finally started in mid-September. It is now Nov 2017 and after 7 months, an unbelievable number of headaches, 8 weeks of one-and-off-again construction, our basement is only halfway completed!!!
Sept 13: After a prolonged wait and more frustration than should be acceptable, the siding has been installed and looks great. The install crew was a pleasure to deal with, as was Rosie. I might consider IHS for any future work, but would make sure there are firm deadlines that must be realized.
We've been waiting over 2 weeks now for a plumber to come out and do their small part in this project.
Also on our 3rd general contractor. (The last ones stole from us and did not have background checks run on them, even though it's apparently company policy to do on everyone).
