This company has been great to work with. Very attentive and with us every step of the process. Our rep - Ben Webber - has been awesome to deal with and has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we were 100% satisfied! I highly recommend them!
One of their reckless drivers nearly ran my family and I off the road this morning. I called and emailed the company and they haven't had polite decency to respond. So I'll be filing a police report.
Roof has a leak that has resulted in damage to the interior of our home. The company has failed to repair, though they acknowledged faulty workmanship nearly 5 months ago.
I hired this company about 1 1/2 years ago for a storm damage claim with my insurance co. They never finished the work and didn't fix the damages they caused during construction. They came out about 1 year after they started and wanted final payment. I contracted with another company to complete the work. Now 1 1/2 years later they want payment for work they never completed. They never have the same people working for them and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy.
Extremely horrible at answering phones. Dont bother leaving a voicemail because no one will respond. First time i waited a few days for a follow up, no response. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a week. Figured they were busy. End of the week called, no answer. Texted the guy, no answer. Finally hear from him a week later! Waited two weeks!
Overall, the contractors they hire did an awesome job, however amp themselves have absolutely no idea how to communicate with their clients. Would not recommend
