Rick talks a good game. Knows some things, but if you want work on a higher end bike, he does sloppy work. He left important adjusting washers off as well as put others on incorrectly. If I would've tried to ride a trail, would've caused damage to my bike and possibly myself. I left rick a voicemail telling him what was up as soon as I found it (Saturday after I picked it up Friday). I understand he was closed. It's now Thursday and he hasn't called to apologize or anything. Doesn't know half of what he thinks he does.
