I went to Missouri to help a family member move back to Colorado, and the help and service we received from Mike at budget was outstanding! He was very helpful in answering our questions and made some great suggestions to help us in some decisions we had to make about how to move some delicate objects.
The most horrible experience I have ever had in my life! This was terrible customer service they didn't even want to help me and answer my questions. The counter was left unattended and I'm waiting for someone to help me! I hope nobody goes there.
Smallish parking lot and a little off the beaten path but, still a great place.
I have used this company since 2003 on every move & have recommended friends to use this & they have. My family & I r getting ready to move in a week & a half & I was trying to check a price on trucks with a low budget for moving. When I called for a quote, Mike answers the phone & gives a price of & $29.99 a day & $.79 a mile, awesome price. I called uhaul right across the highway to check with them & they were $.04 cheaper for a slightly smaller truck, so I called budget back to make the reservation. When I called Mike answered again & I reminded him that I just called & wanted to reserve the truck we spoke about. He puts me hold for a minute then comes back on & says, "oh, that day is going to be $59.99 for the day cause its the last Sunday of the month." I was astounded, the price jumped in less than 5 mins & he said "if I don't like it call customer service" & then with attitude says, "do u want the truck or not, I don't have time for this." Never again will I recommend or use this location for moving.
