Excellent selection of products, but very poor manager response to my complaint about the restrooms. Apparently Corporate bigwigs don't understand what an actual hand dryer is!! Or just don't care!!!
Large selection of a wide range of home improvement & household items. Good prices, especially when an 11% rebate sale rolls around. Customer service can be hit or miss--good experiences in lumber yard, building supplies, kitchen design dept, & garden/outdoor center, but not so much when trying to find a random tool or part hidden in the 20 aisles clustered in the store's middle.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered A fence online for delivery , got the call 24 hours later to confirm the delivery and a time window of 7 AM until noon, called the store at 2:30 PM because my delivery still hadn't showed up, talk to the store manager and he told me that I am in their system as in anytime of the day delivery .. if that's the case why did I get a phone call two days before delivery they gave me a five hour window.. I asked the manager when they stop delivering and he said at store closing at 9:00 PM .. so you're telling me that I signed up for a 14 hour window of time for delivery? absolutely ridiculous do not go to this store
Large selection of product and great store managers The first assistant manager helped me on many occasions and definilty knows his stuff and where it is. Definitely always take advantage of the 11% rebate when it comes up, what a deal!
My fiance and I came to Menard's looking for retaining wall bricks for our garden, but we were left with a bad taste in our mouths after asking for help. We had previously bought bricks at Lowe's but ran out and wanted to check out a greater selection. The selection at Menard's is by far superior, but the customer service is not. Phil, our associate, did not seem interested in helping us as, clearly, we were confused as to what bricks would compare to the ones we had purchased as Lowe's. He walked us to the selection and stated, "I'll let you figure it out," and walked away. He clearly cared little about us or our business. We left and bought our remaining bricks at Lowe's.
