We were looking at microwaves for at least 20imutes, and neither of two employees in the section acknowledged our existence. Plus We found that the microwave we were considering was almost $300 cheaper at Home Depot.

I'll NEVER shop here again. Purchased baby clothes for my daughter, was told by the associate we could return anything with a reciept, as it was a high risk pregnancy. She lost her baby at birth, tried to take everything back, again still have receipt, they refused to refund or even issue a store credit as they claim you only have thirty days with reciept for return. I called manager and their customer service line, they don't care. Stuck looking at these baby clothes for a baby who is in heaven now. No wonder they are going out of business. Heartless!

Had a great time shopping at mid Rivers and Chesterfield stores and will continue to shop at Sears.

I have had nothing but horrendous service from Sears and their customer service. We purchased a hot water heater from them two and a half years ago with a service agreement and it has already been out numerous times. If they had adequate service to repair issues such as mine then I would not be as strongly opinionated on this issue. There is no acceptable reason that an incompetent repair man should be sent to my home on a Thursday, be there for a mere five minutes before leaving because he can not fix it without a part. This part also does not have an approximate length of time for its delivery either which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Then to reach the apex of this problem, even if the part arrives to my home within the next couple of days the repair cannot return until at the earliest, Tuesday. I will be without hot water from today, Thursday until Tuesday at the earliest. That is completely unacceptable and absolutely outrageous. And all of the responses I have received from Sears and their customer service have been meaningless and inconsiderate. If they actually cared about their products and their customers they would resolve these issues. I am sure if this happened to one of their employees or their customer service members then it would be repaired immediately, however, this is not the case for their customers. I will never purchase another appliance from this company and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone because this is ridiculous and not the way to run a business by any means.

Very disappointed was set to be delivered on tue. 11 they called and set it up between 2&4 nothing. So I called it has been delayed they did not bother to tell me no phone call even. Now I have to wait till next Monday. Very mad. Does. Or even deserve one star
