Great store, I love it. They just moved to a new location which has an Ulta and Academy Sports in the shopping Plaza.

Aside from Target, this is my happy place. Staff can be hard to find at times but most of the time, I'm in there to wander. Their best-kept secret is their selection of greeting cards. High quality & unique designs that I only pay $1.99 for (usually) each? Sign me up.

The new Marshalls at The Shoppes at Mid Rivers is awful! They just built it and things in the restroom were already falling apart. The stall I was in had the toilet seat cover holder taped onto the stall. The items in the Beauty area were very unorganized and looked like they had just been thrown on the shelves. A majority of the clothes were very very plain Jane and casual. They hardly had any dressy clothes. They few items I did find, I went to try on in the fitting room and I almost barfed at the smell in the woman's fitting room. It smelled like dirty socks and feet. I was the only one in there and hadn't seen anyone come out so the smell was just lingering in there. I rushed to try on my clothes because it felt like the smell was getting stronger instead of going away. It was not a very pleasant experience.

Literally Just left Marshall’s, was there with my mother. waited in line to check out for about 20 minutes, they said go to cashier #11, as soon as we got there the cashier walked away. We patiently waited for someone to ring us out for several minutes. Finally my mom said something to a different cashier and her attitude was horrible. She laughed in my mother’s face. I left my goods at the counter and left. We definitely won’t be going back. Very poor customer service is a turn off.

I used to shop Homegoods and Marshalls at least once a week. Then they moved and opened up a new one across the highway in St Peters, MO. Just went tonight to see them and I was so disappointed that I felt like crying!!! The store is half the size now. Every department has been cut down more than half, and the isles are all crowded together so bad you couldn't hardly get down them!! I talked to several customers while I was there and they too were very disappointed. There is no more selection and you can't hardly get down the aisles. The other store was always busy and I know they sold a lot because the merchandise moved very fast. Why would you cut your stores in half when you had a good thing?? I am breaking up with you Homegoods and Marshalls.
