Dr. Zust and his staff really do care about their patients. When you arrive - they greet you and have your paperwork ready-to-go. When you walk back - they show you around the facility and everyone says "hi" to you. When you sit down - they explain everything that will happen, the expectations, etc. and the dentists come to greet you right away. I will be 100% honest and say I almost didn't come to the facility because I'm used to being seen by a cosmetic dentist due to past dental work needed, but that trepidation was squashed as they use state-of-the-art materials and take exceptional care that you are being treated with current processes. I highly recommend this facility.
i recently moved back to the St. Peters area and was told how wonderful everyone is at Family Dentistry. They did not disappoint!! The receptionist making my appointment was both friendly on the phone and In person. I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The dental hygienist gave me a tour of the office before Dr Riordan came and personally introduced herself to me which made me feel right at ease. I felt like the cleaning was done in a gentle, but very through way. Dr Riordan then came back and clearly discussed some issues I was having. I appreciated her honesty and conservative approach. She made me feel like she wasn't hastily looking for anything that was wrong like a few dentists I have had in the past. Now, I am the one highly recommending Dr Riordan and her staff to everyone I know. Then they can have the same great experience with Family Dentistry of St Peters.
I have been going to this dental practice, since the 1980s, and it has always been a great experience. My wife and grown son also go to this dental practice, as did my daughter until she married and moved out of state. It's fun to visit this office and talk with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and personable. The hygienists and dental assistants are some of the most professional I've seen. Doctors Zust and Riordan are true professionals who are highly skilled, very friendly, and treat you with respect. The entire staff is great at what they do. If you're looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.
I was referred to the office by a close friend and her family. I can't begin to explain how appreciative I am to finally find a dental office that understands and demonstrates the true meaning of Customer Service. It is so nice to have finally found a Dentist with a outgoing and caring personality! I knew the moment I walked in the door it was a fit for me. From the warm welcome at the front desk by Lisa, the Office Manager to Ashley, the Dental Assistant showing me around the office to Dr. Riordan making me feel super comfortable. Dr. Riordan explained everything to me. She made sure I understood what she was doing, what she was talking about and what her care plan/plan of action was. Thank you for the excellence in Customer Service from start to finish!! Great TEAM!! I will most definitely refer family and friends!!
I am writing this as a father and as Sue's husband to show my appreciation of the staff and doctors patience when dealing with me. My lack of experience in handling my families dental needs were never an issue as their experienced support staff answered all my questions without a single snicker. The doctor's expertise was an extension of the professional care I'd already grown comfortable with before sitting thru my first procedure.
