Had an appointment to go in there Saturday to see what was wrong with my teeth and they wound up pulling a tooth for me that very day very good customer service
Rude on the phone wouldn't even look to see if they took my insurance. I asked she said ya I'm not sure, well have a good day and hung up. Lol
This place is awesome! It had been embarrassingly long since I had been to a dentist and I was so nervous but Laura and Dr. Twillman were great and reassuring! I also had an issue with my original appointment time and had to reschedule, but was able to get in just 10 days later. They have hours that compliment a work schedule really well. I am no longer nervous and can't wait to go back!
They say they offer pediatric dentistry, however you cannot get an appointment that works for your family. My son needs a filling and they have not had any available appointments the two times I have called because they only schedule four weeks out and appointments are only on Mondays and Fridays. So it is my fault because I called on Friday!
These folks are awesome. I’ve been going there for 7 yrs and am always impressed with everything they do. My favorite hygienist is Dorothy, but I like all the staff. They are always friendly and professional. I’ve had bad experiences at other dental practices over the years, but never here. I recommend Family Dental to everyone I know. –Greg N.
