If you want a 16 year old kid to try and give you a life lesson in hunting this is your place. If you want experience from seasoned hunters and athletes go somewhere else.
The "kid" at the shoe department was more concerned about his phone call then double checking the back for the pair I was asking about.
My husband and I went to this location on Saturday, "knowing it is normally a busy day to shop at the mall" A girl here who had a Dicks green shirt on and name tag walked past me twice in the shoe department. She didn't ask if she could help with anything she did ask if I need to try anything on. She simply walked past and never made eye contact. I said excuse me, trying to get her attention and no response. We left at that time and went to other stores in the mall and came back about an hour later hoping that they would have more staff. After hitting the help button the same girl finally came around and was very rude. She told me there was no Brooks brand running shoes in a size 8! None! That was not true as they had two on the floor size 8! This is my second bad trip here. We won't be back!
The only customer service that seemed legit was at the front.
I went in for a shoulder brace because no one had one locally or online of my size. I found it at this store, even though I called them the other day and a young man said they did not have my size but actually they did. So long story short, they honored my coupon while I had my 3 kids with me and wife waiting downstairs with another child. I had the coupon in the car but everyone knows with 4 kids there is no way it will take a second to get the coupon and load everyone in and out again. So I asked a lady with glasses(assuming manager) while holding my 3 kids, if she would honor a coupon but I do not have it on me, it is actually in my car. She responded with a smile and advised me no problem. Sorry but I miss that kind of service and wanted to thank her again.
Sent me the wrong item. Customer service lady wanted to raise her voice at me. I will never buy from this company again. Maybe hire quality assurance staff to make sure that the correct shoe is shipped out the first time, so I don’t have to waste my time going to the store to fix your error.
I'll spend my money where I'll be respected -I reside in St.Charles and I'll stick with Amazon the. Waste my damn gas & time to deal with unprofessional kids.
