When the manager (Carol) asked her team, they told her it was old furniture. It was a sofa and chaise $2,000-$3,000 each, with white distressing. Receipts were provided to prove they are new.
What happened:
They moved brand new furniture in December 2012 from one home to another and were told in the contract to use TLC because it was new furniture. This was written into the contract.
Furniture was damaged, they said they would repair it, and have not responded to any contact from us or the Better Business Bureau.
When they moved the furniture into the apartment, they removed the protective blanket before moving it upstairs. When it arrived upstairs, it had a ton of black marks, dents and a chunk off the wood trim.
