Very quick and friendly staff. I went in for a new watch battery but ended up buying a new band as well after seeing their quality and prices. Though I was only interested in the watch section, it seems like they have a pretty good variety of any type of jewelry.
I took a ring into Harris Jewelers that, while not of great value, was personally very important. It needed numerous facets repaired, and many stones replaced. I picked it up today (sooner than promised), and it now looks as beautiful as the day I purchased it, over 20 years ago ... plus the final cost was less than the original estimate! Wonderful service, wonderful people. They'll have my future repair business, and purchases!
We just bought a gorgeous engagement ring here after purchasing a bad one someplace else. Bill was very informative and helped educate us on diamonds. I feel like we got the best deal possible PLUS he was super nice and all around a great guy to deal with! Highly recommend !
I received a sterling silver ring as a gift that needed to be a tiny bit bigger. I don't remember who helped me but he was honest & informative about the fact that because the ring was really 6 small bands put together on the underside, the ring might not look the same underneath as it did prior to the sizing. He also let me know that because the bands would be stretched during sizing the 3 small stones, which are bezel set, might break. I explained that I really love the ring & want to wear it all the time & would just pay for their replacement. He helped me figure out what size I needed, which ended up being just a half size bigger. He joked that I may end up paying just as much for the sizing as the ring had cost. It was so true but worth it! When I picked my ring up I was so happy! None of the stones had broken & it fit perfectly. The most important thing that I saw was the underside of the ring however. He, or whoever had sized it, took the time to put the detail back into that part of the ring that no one even sees. In fact it looks better now than when it was given to me. That wasn't neccessary but it shows the type of care & quality that is available. My fiance & I will be shopping for an engagement ring & will start here. Side note: please pay attention when your questions are answered or any information is given, it helps alleviate confusion down the road.
