By far the best insurance agency I have every dealt with. I will admit that I am not the greatest driver and have dealt with these agents on several occasions. Every time I speak with the agents at Risinger Insurance Agency, they are professional and honest which is hard to find in an insurance agent these days. I highly recommend giving them a call and just see for yourself what they can do for you and how much money you will save. Great customer service and saved me a lot of money!

We have been with them for about 4 years. The team there is amazing. We own a small business and they were able to save us considerably on all of the policies we have including our personal ones. They walked us through everything and took time to explain every process.

When I got into a hit and run accident they were so understanding and quick to make sure that first I was okay and second that I was taken care of. It's truly sad when these people fail to inform you of things and threaten to cancel your insurance because of it. On top of that i was told i need to find somwhere else to get insurance next month. The man that runs this company is completely unprofessional. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. No customer should ever be treated the way i was treated. If i could give this place zero stars i would've. I do appreciate his advice.. i WILL be taking my business elsewhere. Please do not waste your time in dealing with these horrible unprofessional people.
