I've been to this location for a number of years, and generally has been a good place to get all kinds of electronic items. I would've rated it higher if the Samsung Experience store was more regularly staffed. I have a new device that needed to be looked at for an issue. Noreen I'll have to go late in the week.

I worked with Eric in the Samsung booth and he was wonderful. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, respectful. He helped me understand what I needed and helped me accomplish the changes I needed to make. He is a real asset to your company both as a technician and as a great representative of goodwill for Best Buy! Extremely grateful I worked with Eric today. He didn't make me feel stupid!

I went to this location to look at mobile phones in store instead of looking online. When I came in and looked at the area where they were selling cell phones the way it was organized seems kind of confusing. I wanted an unlocked phone, and there were various displays around carriers and model types. I'm a tech savvy person, and work an IT job, but I found the whole arrangement confusing. Then there was the fact that you had to sign in and guess in a line to even be able to be seen. In the end, I didn't buy a phone there. My chief gripe is that I wanted a straightforward shopping experience, and help if I needed it. I did not find that at Best Buy. The staff was moderately professional. They could add some polish to their training.

Visited the Mid-Rivers store for a Brother printer cartridge; the salesman found it quickly and had me out the door in a snap! Thank you for having my cartridge in stock. I wish we hadn't lost the Wentzville store, I now have to travel a minimum of 40-45 minutes each way... guys, that's 1 & 1/2 hrs on the road..... just sayin'..

We were there to buy a TV on Thanksgiving. I was really surprised to see that everything was organized and it wasn’t a chaotic mess like it had been in years past. They had a lot of staff running around helping people. The checkout line was really long but they cleared people out really quickly. With online shopping I don’t go to Best Buy very often but it is nice to be able to see what you’re getting.
