Very neat and friendly associates
It's a shame brand new shopping complex that looks great. You pull up and all you see is half a dozen or more Burlington employee's sitting on the curb, leaning against the entrance wall smoking cigarettes and playing on their phones. You have to walk your children through this. Bad choice by management of were to smoke. That's the first thing people see upon entering the store. I would give a zero rating if I could. I'll shop elsewhere.
What’s with all the employees out front smoking cigarettes? This was a turn off with my family and I as we came to do some shopping. At least have them go out the back door and have a smoking section for them not near customers.
Poor selection, poor customer service, overall I had a poor experience.
