Car wash was outstanding! We haven’t been to this location (actually drove 40 minutes to specifically go to a Country Club Wash) and it was laid out a little different. Went through the wash with no issues but there was no direction on the other side of it (didn’t really know where to go from there). Pulled into a stall, waited on an attendant to come around and we asked him what we were supposed to do (he asked if someone directed us, we indicated no). Following that they done a terrific job so no complaints really. Would have rated it 5 stars had there been some organization.
It was something I thought about and saw for quite awhile! I think the price is a little high but it's worth it! I got the Platnum service for the year and haven't regretted it yet. My car is cleaner than ever and the service was amazing. Be sure to tip them cause they do an AMAZING job!
The people are friendly, and they do a good job. But I would like to know why they charge $3.00 extra for SUVs. The machines don't use any more water for a SUV that they do for a sedan. The extra money doesn't go to the people that wipe the car down - they get tips. So how do you justify the extra cost? Personally, I think it is just a way of getting more money out of a select group of people - those with SUVs. If I am going to spend $33 for a car wash, there is no justification for charging me an additional $3.00 just because I drive a SUV.
Great service and fair prices. The reward program is pretty cool as well.
