This company was very upfront and had prompt service. They answered all my questions about leather repairs, my dog chewed up some of my sofa cushions, and they not only assured me that the damage could be repaired, but that it would be fast and easy. They came to my apartment to do the work, I didn't have to try to take the sofa anywhere! That isn't even the best part. My leather sofa has been restored and looks like new again! St. Charles Leather Repair was great, they came to my house to repair some areas that our cat had severly scratched up. I sent them photos via email and after giving a verbal estimate they set up the appointment, it was in the same week! The service was extremely fast and efficient, the technicians very curteous. My leather sofa looks great, you would never know what damage the cat had done! I'm so pleased, and I will keep this business card in case we ever need these services again.
