Honestly I didn't expect this much from the bike shop. My wife and I came all the way from downtown St. Louis. Ed was very helpful and gave us enough time to discuss with my wife what bike she wants. Great experience and will go back to this store again. Once again thank you so much for your professional advise and we were very happy about it. We will be there and get the bikes for sure! Wait for us Ed :) My wife really loves the bike that you suggested to her. (Specialized Vita disk....) I will be back.
Money laundering business! They hurt our community! The decisions you make as a customer may be hurting 10 more after you. That's too big of a price to pay just for being ignorant. That's why I am telling you now rather than later!
The customer service is amazing. I spent 3 hours trying to get a bike seat out of the frame. The person who helped me was able to get it out and fixed within 10 minutes. Amazing!
Be careful with bike repairs there, they are picky on what they work on and will not work on all bike repairs - including replacing tubes on E-bikes. Call before going there to be sure they will do the work and have the correct supplies to do the work with.
